Warhawk was made from a Detective Bats. The helmet and armor details were made from epoxy putty and the arms were bulked up with epoxy putty as well. The hands came from a Creeper. The wings were cardboard with tips from epoxy putty. 
This was my first project using epoxy putty and I gotta say it's a great way to add bulk to a figure real fast. Plus it's fun to sand
